Joseph’s Chipseal Paving is a Christian family owned and operated business started by Joe Rafferty Sr in 1988 after many years of working with his father before branching out on his own. In 2012 Joseph Rafferty Jr took over the day to day operations of the company and continues to instill the same values that the company was built on.
